Oerton, an HR specialist with a strong business background in
people development. Soul Partnership works with hand picked associates
to deliver bespoke programmes in the area of customer management,
team performance, coaching and mentoring.

Partnership are accredited practitioners of
Myers Briggs Personality type Indicators (MBTi) and the Strengths
Deployment Inventory (SDI).
Stephanie
Oerton has been an active Mind
Gym coach since 2001, and provides her facilitation skills
to organisations such as Royal Mail, HBOS, BT, BBC.
We
are a compact and successful consultancy that will strive to make
a difference. Whilst we are based in St Albans, in the South East
of England, our clients are based all over the UK, Europe and
in some cases world wide. Our location is handy for all major
motorway, rail and air networks, so distance is never a problem.
